William K. Jenkins - President

Mr. Jenkins has been involved in the employee benefits field for twenty eight years in the province of Newfoundland and Labrador. Educated in Prince Edward Island, Mr. Jenkins went on to study Business at the University of Prince Edward Island and Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

In 1982, Mr. Jenkins became Vice President, Director and Manager of another consulting firm directly responsible as managing consultant for Newfoundland clientele. In an effort to broaden his knowledge of employee benefits, Mr. Jenkins accepted a senior position with an international consulting firm in Toronto managing a large portfolio of both national and international accounts.

Daniel J. Breen - Vice President

Danny Breen has seventeen years experience in the group insurance consulting and administration field. Prior to joining the Jenkins Anthony team as Vice President in 2007, Danny was with a national benefit consulting firm. While in this position he successfully managed and developed their block of business in Ontario, New Brunswick, and most recently Newfoundland and Labrador. He has completed several industry courses and is a licensed insurance representative in the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador.

In addition Danny has had considerable previous experience with clients of all sizes and industry types including several multi employer plans. Particularly he has been the senior consultant in the delivery of benefits consulting and administrative services to several large plans in Atlantic Canada.

Elizabeth Jenkins - Consultant

Ms. Jenkins was raised and educated in Toronto, Ontario and received her post secondary education at Queen's University, Kingston. Over the past 20 years, Ms. Jenkins has gained extensive experience in the fields of marketing, communications and benefits management.

Most recently, Ms. Jenkins worked with a Canadian employee benefit consulting firm, responsible for the promotion and management of association group insurance programs. Prior to this, she worked with a major Toronto Exhibition facility, responsible for public relations, marketing and exhibit co-ordination. In the early 1980's, Ms. Jenkins was located in Jasper, Alberta and in the position of General Manager of the Jasper Park Chamber of Commerce was responsible for the day to day operation of the organization.

Ms. Jenkins brings to JAI, a breadth of experience which will provide NLMEB with expertise relating to the internal and external management and communication of their employee benefit program.
